Thank you for shopping at GucciKids. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Products are generally non-returnable. However, we offer a 7-day replacement policy only if there is any manufacturing defect or damage to the product (similar to Amazon's 7-day replacement policy).
Please note:
- Returns and refunds are not allowed when a free product is added to the order
- All products are non-returnable unless they have manufacturing defects or damage
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
- Product must be unused and in original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase is required
To request a replacement for defective/damaged products:
- Contact us at team@guccikids.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect/damage
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, a replacement will be shipped
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
